At Pearl, we believe that our human resources are our greatest assets. Our staff serves as a resource for information, innovation and is vital in achieving the company’s vision of efficiency and excellence. We select our staff based on their skill and ability to align themselves with our vision as a company. Pearl provides its staff with an initial stage of training that helps place each of our employees to the role and division that best suits their interests and skills. It is in this way that Pearl increases its efficiency to follow its vision. The principals of the firm, Mr. Saifi Ahmad and Mrs. Lesli Derryberry, are both actively involved in overseeing all projects that Pearl deals with. A majority of the valued team members have been with Pearl Engineering for an extensive period of time, with many of them starting their careers with the company. This is a testimony to the commitment of Pearl Engineering to their staff and clients.
